Art Approach is not responsible for lost stolen, stained, or damaged personal items during sessions. Aprons are available. The PATRON (you) assumes full responsibility for any damages to the location, equipment, other patrons, or Art Approach, LLC personnel due to negligence. Art Approach, LLC is not responsible for any damage to clothing, furniture, the selected painting area and surroundings by contact with paint or any other art materials used during the event. The booking contact assumes all responsibility of any damages caused by contact with paint or any other art materials used. Patron also assumes responsibility for any materials of Art Approach, LLC damaged by party guests. Replacement fees for damage to company materials will be charged to the booking contact.
Wine or beer may be brought to session for those participants 21 and older only. Ages will be verified. Art Approach will not provide any beverages beyond bottled water. Art Approach, LLC asks all those who participate to drink responsibly and Art Approach, LLC or affiliates, take no responsibility in actions after the closing of a session.
Project time will not be extended due to late arrivals. Fun with Friends is a group activity and individual results may vary. Abusive or disruptive conduct it not permitted, Art Approach, LLC reserves the right to ask any participant to leave due to misconduct.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Participants who have paid deposit or full cost, but have not arrived on agreed session time and date, will lose deposit paid. ½ Deposit to hold date balance due before project starting time. 48 Hour notice is required to reschedule without losing payments. Participants unhappy with their finished project will not receive reimbursement, refunds or compensations of any kind.
Print, Sign and Bring to session. (Those without Printers can ask for a copy upon arrival)
