I was always drawn to art and creative activities. At only eight years of age, I trained using oil paints at our local art studio under professional artist Edna Radford. I continued to study art throughout school, and college, and had a successful career as a graphic designer for more than 25 years managing my own commercial art and marketing business. After retiring my business, I turned back to the fine arts. I have since completed 400+ Lectures in multiple artistic mediums including Pencil, Paints, and Digital Art.
Stressful areas in my life led me to researching artistic approaches to therapy. My own journey of self expression made me realize a drive and passion to help others, which lead me to completing multiple Internationally Recognized Certifications in the Therapeutic Arts and Creative and Artistic Coaching. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience with others, helping them discover the transformative power of art and creativity in their lives. Through workshops, coaching sessions, and community events, I strive to create a nurturing and inspiring environment where individuals can explore the therapeutic and enriching benefits of artistic expression. My ultimate goal is to make art and creativity accessible to all, using it as a tool for personal growth, healing, and self-discovery.
